Why Does the VIP Programme Matter?

Your Loyalty Has Value at Royal24 – Every MYR Counts

Many online betting platforms focus solely on attracting new players with big bonuses, yet overlook the loyal players who have been there from the start. At Royal24, we chose a different path. Our VIP Rewards Programme is designed to ensure that every MYR you wager delivers real value in return – not just once, but for as long as you play with us.

Picture this: you bet on the Malaysia Super League every week at Royal24, try your luck at the roulette table on weekends, and occasionally join a poker tournament. All of these activities automatically accumulate VIP points. There's no separate registration, no special form to fill in — our system tracks every bet and credits your VIP points instantly.

For Malaysian players in particular, the Royal24 VIP programme is designed with a clear understanding of how local players engage — smaller but frequent deposits, a mix of game types, and a need for fast, hassle-free withdrawals. That's why our VIP benefits include consistent weekly cashback rates, increasing withdrawal limits, and Bahasa Melayu support for Platinum tier and above.

More Than Just Cashback

Royal24 VIP Rewards That Go Beyond Malaysian Players' Expectations

When people hear "online casino VIP programme", most think of cashback and nothing more. At Royal24, we believe that isn't enough for players who have trusted us with their time and money. That's why Royal24 VIP Rewards is built around multiple dimensions of privilege, each designed to make your gaming experience genuinely more rewarding.

For Platinum and Diamond players in Malaysia, the Royal24 experience feels worlds apart from a standard account. Imagine being able to reach your personal account manager on WhatsApp at any time — for assistance, game advice, or to get a withdrawal issue resolved quickly. No waiting in a general support queue; you have someone who knows your name and understands your needs.

For Diamond members at the pinnacle of the Royal24 VIP hierarchy, we also host exclusive events at handpicked venues across Malaysia – from Kuala Lumpur to Langkawi. It is our way of showing the deepest appreciation to our most loyal players, offering experiences beyond the screen that simply cannot be bought.

VIP Member Experience

Why Malaysian Players Stay Loyal to the Royal24 VIP Programme

Not everyone starts out at the Diamond tier. Most of Royal24's most loyal VIP players began their journey as regular Bronze members — playing consistently, building up VIP points little by little, and working their way up patiently. What they all share is the feeling that Royal24 genuinely values their loyalty, unlike other platforms that focus purely on attracting new players.

One thing our Platinum and Diamond members consistently highlight is the personal account manager service. Unlike general support that handles queries in a one-size-fits-all manner, Royal24 personal account managers truly know their players — your favourite games, your usual betting limits and how you prefer to communicate. This isn't just a service; it's a relationship built on trust.

For players from states like Selangor, Johor, Sabah, or Langkawi who may not have easy access to a physical casino, the Royal24 VIP program brings the premium casino experience straight to their doorstep. Consistent weekly cashback helps ease financial pressure, while higher withdrawal limits give you the freedom to enjoy your winnings without frustrating restrictions.

What Royal24 VIP Members Are Saying

Real experiences from our loyal VIP members across Malaysia

"I've been a Royal24 Platinum member for almost 8 months now. What I appreciate most is my personal account manager — he speaks Malay, understands what I need, and always responds within 5 minutes whenever I have a question. The 12% weekly cashback genuinely feels worth it. Withdrawals within 1 hour, every single time."

KA
Khairul Azwan
Petaling Jaya, Selangor

"Reached Gold tier last month and noticed the difference straight away — access to exclusive tables with much higher betting limits, a 20% poker rake rebate, and withdrawals processed within 2 hours. I've tried a few other platforms but Royal24's VIP system is by far the most transparent and easiest to understand. VIP actually means something here."

JT
Jason Tan
Johor Bahru, Johor

"I'm from Kota Kinabalu — far from KL — but that's never been an issue at Royal24. I deposit via Touch 'n Go in under a minute, bet on Virtual Sports Liga Super matches and rack up VIP points. I'm Silver now and the 5% cashback every Monday is something I genuinely look forward to. The surprise RM100 birthday bonus was a really thoughtful touch too!"

FAQ – Royal24 VIP Rewards

Answers to the most common questions about the VIP programme

Royal24 VIP Points are credited automatically every time you complete a wager — no extra steps required on your end. The accumulation rate depends on your current VIP level: Bronze earns 1 point per RM10 wagered, Silver 1.5 points, Gold 2 points, Platinum 3 points and Diamond 5 points. Your VIP Points are visible in real time under the "VIP Status" section of your account and are updated after every completed wager.

To reach Silver, you need to accumulate a total deposit of RM500 within 30 consecutive days. For players depositing RM50 a day, that means you could hit Silver in as little as 10 days. Keep in mind that the requirement is based on cumulative deposits, not a single transaction — so small, consistent deposits all count. How quickly you level up depends entirely on how actively you play at Royal24.

Unredeemed VIP points remain active for 90 days from the date they are credited. If your account has no activity for 90 days, any unredeemed points will expire. VIP tiers are recalculated every 30 days based on your recent activity. To avoid losing your points, we recommend logging in and placing at least one bet each month. Our system will send reminder notifications via email and SMS before your points are about to expire.

Royal24 VIP cashback is calculated based on your net losses from Monday to Sunday each week and credited automatically every Monday between 9am and 12pm. The good news — cashback credited from VIP points you redeem yourself carries no rollover requirement and can be withdrawn immediately. However, weekly cashback issued automatically by the system comes with a straightforward 1x rollover requirement. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions section for full details.

The key difference between Diamond and Platinum comes down to the level of personalised service. Diamond members enjoy a truly exclusive 24/7 dedicated account manager (compared to Platinum, where the manager is shared among a small group of players), 15% cashback versus 12%, unlimited daily withdrawal limits (Platinum is capped at RM50,000/day), 50% poker rake rebate versus 35%, a RM2,000 birthday bonus versus RM800, invitations to exclusive events held in Malaysia, and special physical gifts delivered to your home address. The Diamond tier is designed for players who want the full VIP casino experience.
